StructWSF Upgrader

The structWSF upgrader takes an existing structWSF instance an upgrade it to the latest version. What the upgrader does is to:
Depending on the version to upgrade, the structWSF upgrader will do one of these things, or all of them. If a step is needed by the user, it will tell him what needs to be done. The upgrader works as follow. It checks the version of the current structWSF instance. Then, it checks if a new version is available. If a new version is available, then it upgrades the current version to the immediate next version. If three versions have been released since the last upgrade, then the other two versions won't immediately be installed. The upgrader will need to be ran for each of these versions until it tells the user that no new version is available to be installed. As you can see, upgrading a structWSF instance is really an iterative process. An instance needs to be upgrade to the immediate next version. This is needed to ensure that all the modifications that are needed between versions are applied to a running instance. |

Requirements
- Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid)
- 32 Bits Operating System
- Access to internet from your server
- a previously installed version of structWSF that has a version greater or equal to:
v1.0a92
Upgrading structWSF
The only steps needed to upgrade a running structWSF instance are:
- Create a folder where to put the structWSF upgrader
- Download the
structWSF-Upgrader-v1.0a2.zipupgrading package - Make the
structwsf-upgrade.shupgrading script executable - Run the
structwsf-upgrade.shupgradingscript
You can perform these four easy steps by copying and pasting these few commands in your shell:

| sudo unzip structWSF-Upgrader-v1.0a2.zip |
| cd `ls -d structureddynamics*/` |

| sudo ./structwsf-upgrade.sh |
